Peran Budaya dalam Membentuk Pola Perilaku Sosial Masyarakat Kontemporer dari Perspektif Ilmu Sosial

Abstract


This study aims to analyze the role of culture in shaping patterns of social behavior within society. Using a library research method, the study systematically reviews various theories related to culture and social behavior, drawing on classical and contemporary perspectives from sociology and anthropology. Through the analysis of relevant books, scholarly journals, and previous studies, this research seeks to explain how cultural values, beliefs, and traditions influence individual and collective behavior. The findings indicate that culture plays a significant role in shaping social norms, attitudes, and patterns of interaction within communities. Cultural frameworks provide guidelines for acceptable behavior, influence social expectations, and regulate social relationships. As a result, individuals tend to internalize cultural norms, which then manifest in everyday social practices. This study highlights that understanding cultural influences on social behavior is essential for interpreting social interactions and addressing social issues in increasingly diverse societies.
